Little Foxes Toddler Room

Little Foxes Room is led by Becca Stirling who has many years of Early Years experience, is passionate about her role and leads a team of qualified nursery practitioners.

Children in Little Foxes are supported to separate from their carers, form relationships with others and begin to self regulate their feelings and emotions.

Throughout the day, the children have open access to our indoor and outdoor learning environments which are stimulating, well-resourced and enhanced with engaging activities that support their development across the seven areas of learning. During parts of our day, we incorporate adult-led and child-led learning based on carefully selected key texts where we expose children to a wide range of rich vocabulary. Learning and enhancements also come directly from the children's own interests and next steps for children's areas of development.

Our Little Foxes room is for children aged 2-3 years. When children are ready, the term after their 3rd birthday, they are transitioned into the Pre-school room by the Nursery staff.
